Date of Birth showing inccorrectly in MYOBAE Tax

We have an issue within the tax returns in that in the date of birth section it is coming up as the correct day and year but the month shows as January. In the spouse section the date of birth is showing up correctly.

When I look up the client details screen the date of birth is showing correctly there as well.

Has anyone else had this problem or know this can be fixed. We recently changed to SQL and after contacting the techs who did the change over they suggested we contact tax support but thought we would try on here first.

Hi @CLM_Yeppoon,

Thank you for your post.

In regards to your query, a college from your office has called our Tax Support Team this morning about this issue.

The following resolution was provided:

  1. Perform a backup;
  2. Ensure all users are out of MYOB and
  3. Perform the Key Attributes Mapping (For details on now to run this routine, refer to KB 34287: How do I run Key Attribute mapping?

Let me know how you go Smiley Happy

Cheers,

Linda
