Sending invoices with "Send via email" function

When sending invoices directly from MYOB the image inserted into the email template is blurry - when sent to clients it looks like spam.  The image is fine before we upload it.

We have tried JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF and BMP file types.

There is a way you could fix your display and it also sometimes depends on your font and zoom settings.

Hi @Zeena 

This has been reported as an issue & is being investigated.  We have no resolution as yet and no timeframe for it.

Some sites have requested the original graphic in a smaller size so it can be imported at the highest quality level & this seems to have worked from them.
