Feenote: Cannot create ActiveX component

I've completed a re install of office 2016 as per the recomendation here. http://help.myob.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=24577198 but the end user still gets the error. As part of the uninstall I ran the office scrub tool so I'm sure it has uninstalled completly. I've found a few other sugestions including remove un needed fonts and making sure there is a default printer but there isn't much more info to go on.

From what I understand feenote is part of the MYOB document manager add-in for office so does anyone know if this is downloadable as a standalone installer?
