Help !! Accountant Enterprise

Hi there,

 

We have upgraded to AE 2015, but all the workstation can not open the AE, when you double click the icon, it will show the following message:

 

MYOB Error Message.png

 

Please Help!!!

Hi @Twilightspy,

 

Unfortunately the image attached doesn't seem to be working. Can you please post what is in the error message, or re-upload the image.

 

Have you run the new combined workstation installation on each of the workstations? This can be found in your MYOBAE network drive under AESQL\WorkstationInstall\Setup.exe, ie: M:\AESQL\WorkstationInstall\Setup.exe This is new to prior years as the installation routine will now install all of the major workstation components you are licensed for. ie: Practice Manager, System Release (AE Tax), Document Manager, Client Accounting and Corporate Compliance.

 

Also, can you please confirm if you are able to access AE Tax on the server.

Thanks for your post, and sorry to see you are experiencing issues since upgrading to Tax 2015.0.

 

Firstly, can you confirm that on the SQL server, you are able to open AE without a problem?  Can you also open Tax Returns from AE after opening on the SQL server?  this will help to ensure that the software is all installed correctly.

 

As @SB_Systems suggested, have you performed a workstation install the workstations you are experiencing problems with?  

 

Generally, the installer is accessible from M:\MYOBAE\AESQL\WorkstationInstall or \\SERVER\MYOBAE\AESQL\WorkstationInstall (Where \\SERVER\ is the name of your server)

Thank you very much, guys.  After I performed the workstation installtion, it is working now.

 

But I have another problem for MAS Reporter, as I can't see any reports for 2014 but 2013 is fine, please help
