We upgraded to AE Version 220.127.116.11 a week or two ago, and all was working fine.
Yesterday, we were forced to change our MYOB passwords for increased security. - AE still functioned fine.
This morning, when the everyone is logging into AE, the PLS lodgement page and Prefills page has vanished - it is not on the tax dropdown menu.
What has happenned and how can it be fixed?

This normally happens if your lodgement path is set to ELS, not PLS. Can you please do the following:
You should now have your PLS and pre-fill tabs back. Let me know if you have any success.
Post edited by MYOB Moderator : to remove master password included in the post. Although this was a default password that should be changed, in the interest of security, we request that passwords are never shared on the public forum.
