Was able to lodge tax returns via Lodgment Manager yesterday without any issues.
Logged on today to find Lodgment Manager option under the Tax drop down menu had disappeared. The option to print PLS reports on the Tax page has also disappeared.
We have tried restarting the system in Settings (as advised to do on previous occasions), which usually rectifies the situation, but it has not worked this time around.
Any ideas on how to rectify this issue?

There are a few different reasons that Lodgment Manager can disappear. One of the common reasons is when you switch to ELS lodgement (for example when lodging a BAS), this will turn off PLS lodgement temporarily. However, if you do not lodge once switching to ELS, it will not automatically turn PLS lodgement back on.
You can check this by following the steps below:
If the Lodgement Channel is set to ELS, switch it back to PLS, and log out of the Accountants Enterprise software. Once you log back in, you should find that you can access Lodgment Manager again.
If the Lodgement Channel is already set to PLS, please give our support team a call on 1300 555 666 - they may require access to your server to resolve.
