Logged In At Another Workstation

Hi All,

 

Over the last few days multiple employees in our office are receiving the same error message when logging into AE Tax - that we are logged on already at another workstation.

 

We haven't logged in anywhere other than our own computers? I am not sure why we are receiving this message, or how to correct it. It is preventing us from opening returns, and also lodging returns.

 

Any help is much appreciated!

The error "This user is logged in at workstation COMPUTERNAME" is addressed in the following Knowledge Base article:

KB 27870: Error 'This user is logged in at workstation COMPUTERNAME'

 

Please follow the steps listed in the above article to resolve this error.
