In completing 2019 individual tax returns & corresponding with the ATO recently, I have noted that duplicate/mysterious amounts have suddenly appeared at the following Label in the return with no manual input. Item 13S - "Share of Credits for tax paid by trustee".
Have anyone else encountered this issue?
I contacted MYOB support & only received generic response below -
Fields below 'Share of credits form income and tax offsets are calculated and filled by software, not editable
"If the partnership or trust income you have shown at N, L, O, U or C item 13 on your tax return includes or is attributable to: other credits for tax paid by a trustee on trust income, then write the total of your share of credits for tax paid by a trustee at S item 13" -partnership/trust income is put in 13 S if does not fulfill requirements of other labels

Hi @UnhappyUser1234 ,
Thanks for the question!
The "Share of Credit for Tax Paid by trustee" field at Item 13, Label S is derived from the 'credit for Tax Paid by Trustee' in the "Distribution from trust" worksheet.
If you have entered a value in this worksheet, it will appear in Item 13, Label S. The other option is that it could have been distributed from a Trust return if the trust return was also prepared using MYOB AE Tax and the resultant figures where distributed.
The field, by itself, is not an editable field.
Our support notes indicate that you had deleted and recreated the return, and this "resolved" the issue. Likely case here is that when the return was recreated, a "Distribution from Trust" worksheet was not completed, and therefore no figure would be entered at this label (as it is derived from a worksheet)
