Our firm is currently having a problem where if we dont log out of AE by selecting file, log off it has us logged in multiple times (sometimes 5 times) and no one else is able to get into AE because of this. Because we only have a certain amount of licenses it thinks they are all used when in fact the log off process hasn't been done properly.
Is there a way we can log users off of AE when this happens?
