New Online BAS so disappointing

Just venting, probably in the wrong board but lose track of all the name changes so not sure where to put it.

So frustrated and disappointed with the new Online Activity Statement system.  We've been users of the old online BAS's since the start and absolutely loved every bit of it.

But there is nothing to even like about the new system, the statements are ugly, the process is clunky with approvals and sending for signature and it just flat out doesn't work most of the time.

I have no idea why developers are wasting their time on updating something that wasn't broken.  No doubt it's going to link into something else at some point but it is so frustrating.

Add it to the list unfortunately...

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know your thoughts on our latest BAS update.

Whenever we make major changes, MYOB support often get a lot of feedback. Some of the feedback will change as users became familiar with the changes, or they may have required some training. All changes are tested with our Beta testing group of users, and was approved based on feedback from those users.

However, all feedback is appreciated, as it helps us get things right. I'm going to organise for one of our online BAS specialists to give you a call, and go through your feedback and frustrations with you. If you have any suggestions, let him know and he will forward to the developers. I'd also highly recommend asking any questions if you're not sure about something.
