The following errors apear when users login to the company's terminal server:
I have tried renaming the PDF Manager folder under the AppData\Roaming folder, however this did not rectifty the issue. Further to another post I found, I also added file and folder exclusions to the anti-virus configuration and again, this did not fix the issue.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
You could stop the PDF Manager monitoring from the System Tray & the see if you can access PDF Manager without error.
If still an issue, try deleting the MPCConfiguration.xml file as per KB 23500 below and then see if you can open PDF Manager successfully:
If the error persists, then remove & re-install PDF Manager as per KB 34918 below with your anti-virus software disabled and then re-enable once the install is complete:
Should you still have an issue with accessing the product after following the above steps, it would be best for you to contact support on 1300 555 666 and select options 2,2,2,5.
