PDFManager MAPI Error when sending email

Working on a 2016 RDP Server with Office 2016 Volume License

When trying to send an email from within PDFManager it displays a MAPI Error and fails

Also sometimes requires login details when opening

It is also common to see a MAPI error if both PDF Manager and Outlook are not running in the same mode.  Both programs should be run as the user and not use the Run As Administrator option.
