Portal

My experience with signing up a client with the portal. Windows explorer wasn't up todate and needed to upgrade and then couldn't see how to join. Perhaps the new member join button could be made to stand out more.

Thanks for the info - I will pass on the feedback with regard to making the "Join"  more obvious.

 

Can you advise what version of Internet Explorer the user was using?  If the user is still using version 8 or 9 of Internet Explorer, then they will likely have a few problems.  The Portal will only work with Internet Explorer version 10 and above.

Not sure but when I stepped through they got in ok. Client didn't see new user login
