Printing Draft Returns

Hi.

I was wondering how you set up to print draft returns.

I am new to MYOB, with previous software I could mark as draft and a DRAFT watermark would appear across every page of the printed/pdf report.  I see there is a draft funtion in the printer icon at the top of the tax return however this does not seem to add a watermark.

Is there some other way to make is obvious that this is a draft return for review and comment not a final return?

Thanks in advance for your help

Re: Printing Draft Returns

Hello @NicBec

Thanks for your question, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum!

The Draft function allows for different print setting, but does not add in the DRAFT watermark. You can, however, add in the DRAFT function by sending the print preview to Microsoft Word, and adding the DRAFT watermark in Word.

In case you're unsure of how to send the preview to Word, when the preview is generated, click on the Word icon (I have included an example below with the Word icon highlighted in yellow). Then add the DRAFT watermark as you would a standard Word document.
