Hi Support,
In relation to the reoccurring issue we are having our MYOB Licenses being exceeded and users logged in twice, Is it possible to schedule a daily task for 4am to automatically close/delete all users logged into MYOB AE?
What steps I need to take actioned if it is?
Or do you have any alternate way of resolving this issue?

Thanks for your question regarding ensuring users are logged out of the software.
Different practices tackle this sort of issue in different ways. I know some schedule a restart of their server / terminal server to resolve the issue. Others schedule a batch file to kill particular programs.
However, sometimes its just as simple as reminding users to remember to log out of the software. Most users go out of their way to log out when they understand the reason to do so.
