Unable to Roll over the previous year data in reports

Hi,

Though, all the balances for previous year are appearing correctly under client accounting (MYOB AE) but when I am trying to pull the report from it, previous year data is not rolled over. However, the current year data (viz. 2019) is correctly reflecting, but not of 2018.

Please advice.

Thank you for posting on the forum.

The data appearing in your Client Accounting Reports should match the data entered in your trial balance/workpapers. Potential if the 2018 period is still open there could be an unposted journal that is affecting the 2018 balances.

Alternatively, you can try changing the Prior Year Balances setting under Client Accounting > Trial Balance/Workpapers tab > Edit Configuration Details from Use modified balances to Use ledger balances. Please note that this setting can be changed back.
