importing client tb into MAS4

Hi Guys,

Could someone please shoot me towards guidance for importing a clients TB or TB movements (MOYB, XERO, and QB) into MAS4?

I have heard that it can be done through an excel file and .MYO files but every guess i have made so far has resulted in errors or just not working.

as anyone seen a video or instructions?

Thanks,

Nicole

Re: importing client tb into MAS4

Hi @nix,

Welcome to Community Forum!

The import trial balance function is used only for importing trial balances from another MAS ledger.

You can however try creating a CSV with the balances entered as transactions and then import into MAS.

Below are links to articles that go through the CSV specifications and how to import this into MAS.

KB0017882 - Requirements for importing transactions from a 3rd party product into MAS

KB0017630 - Importing transactions from a third party product into MAS

I hope this helps.

Kind Regards,

Stephanie
