logged in twice

is there a way of stopping a user logging in twice? if so how ? if not please advise where i can disconnect a user.

we are licenses for 11 users and sometimes the system freezers and i have to log someone out or a user has logged in more than oncce and doesnt allow enough users.

if you can give me a way of forcing a log off i would a appreciate a guide thanks

In Accountants Office it is not possible to stop a user from logging in twice.  If they login twice from the same workstation it will not use additional licences.  Only one licence is used per workstation/terminal server user session.

 

There is no option to force a logout.  The user will need to close the MYOB AO application on their workstation.  If they have experienced a crash and/or haven't existed MYOB AO correctly,  they can logout and back into windows to release any open licence files.
