non refunderble non carry forward tax offsets

Hello,

We having an issue within MYOB AE for a 2014 Super Fund Tax Return.

When we enter the dividends in the Income tab item "L" the franking credits total should be reflected in the Calculation Statment  tab in item "E1" but instead its  showing in item "C2."

The information is not flowing to the correct item.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Regards

Marie

Re: non refunderble non carry forward tax offsets

Hi @Barassi,

Thank you for your post – and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

Unfortunately, we cannot replicate the issue that you are currently experiencing in a 2014 Super Fund Tax Return where the franking credits are shown at Item C2, rather than E1.  This makes it difficult to assist in determining why you are experiencing this issue.

However, to help you sort this issue it is advised that you send us an export of the return so we can work out why this is happening.  You can either use one of the following methods:

* please do not attach the return export to the community forum due to privacy reasons *

  1. Log a Service Request via the my.MYOB website where you can attach an export of the return. If you need assistance on how to log a Service Request, refer to KB 21114: How do I submit a Support Request?

    or

  2. Give our Support Team a call on 1300 555 666 and email the export return to clientsupport@myob.com

If you need assistance on how to export the return, please refer to the applicable article:

Please note.jpgMore information about this topic is available 24/7 from the MYOB Online Help.  Refer to SMSF Annual Return > Section D Tax Calculation Statement  for more details.

Cheers,

Linda
