We upgraded today to MYOB AE v5.4.9.144 and now I can't change a client code because it's been greyed out. Before this upgrade, if a client changed structure, the codes could be rearranged under "edit client detail".
Has any other admins noticed this?
PS for MYOB - there is no where to post admin questions under "post new topic".

Hi Linda
I just tried this on my practice system, and this error message popped up
The update failed.
The Key Value for Key Name "CDSLink" can not be changed.
So any ideas how I can change this?

Thank you for your post.
Looking at your account, you are currently registered and using MYOB AE Series 6/8 which means you would be using Admin Centre integration. As a result, Series 6/8 sites do not have the functionality to be able to amend client codes.
The article previously listed above, states that is article is only for sites that you VizPost integration.
I hope this clarifies your query.
