AO GL Reports Printing to PDF

Hi 

I am unable to print reports in GL to PDF.

The activation error is "printer not activated, error code -41".

This was an error in the past but it had been fixed.

Seems to be occuring again since the latest upgrade.

 

Anyone know of a work around please?

Hi Megan,

 

This happens as the printer driver for the PDF Generator is updated to a more recent version.

 

To fix, open the Control Panel from your Windows menu then open device and printers.

 

Find MYOB AO PDF Generator (or AMYUNI Document converter), right click and open Printer Propeties.

 

Click on the Advanced tab. The printer driver should be AMYUNI Document Converter 450. If it is not, you will need to change it to this version.
