Beneficiaries distribution on the Income Statement is limited to 9

Beneficiaries distribution on the Income Statement is limited to 9

We have a client with a family trust with 11 beneficiaries but the Income/Appropriation Statement allows for a maximum of 9. As a result the last 2 don't show in the appropriation section and the total doesn't agree with the Distribution to Beneficiaries amount.

How do I fix this so that I can present correct financials to the client?

Hi Kerry,

 

In the Account groups you will need to copy and paste account 51002 and 51102 to the folder Profit and Loss statement > Appropriations > Distributions.

Would you be able to provide further details on how and where to copy and paste the extra beneficiaries.  Screen shot would be good, we keep receiving messag 51002 already allocated.

Hi Kerry,

 

The message account already allocated is a warning message. It is appearing as account 51002 is allocated to two folders. It can be ignored.
