Cannot access company statement in Corporate Compliance

Cannot access company statement in Corporate Compliance

I've struck a problem I've never had before - after a download from ASIC, the company name appears in the company statement list but I am unable to view the company statement (by double clicking on name or using View Statement).  Is this a MYOB AE error or an error on the ASIC side?

I understand that you have since contacted our phone-based team who have investigated that situation for you. From the information that I can see it did look like the recommendation was to wait a period of time to see if the situation resolved itself over that time period and to arrange contact with our team further if you were still encountering errors with that process.
