Cannot open AO Tax

Cannot open AO Tax, shows "Could not find a folder for the supplied pathname" Any help?

Thank you for the post.

 

You will experience this error when the System release DAL service on your server is not running or the software is not able to interact with the service due to some blockage caused by Antivirus/Firewall.
