Have a look at this
Internet connection issues: To check for internet issues, try opening a webpage in your internet browser. If you can't access webpages, check your network cables, try unplugging your modem and router and wait a minute before reconnecting them, or contact your internet service provider. If your business operates its internet access through a proxy server, speak to an IT person to ensure this is setup properly. Thank you for your post.
The error "No internet connection found" has been identified as an issue and our Product Development team have issued a Hotifx to resolve this.
The Hotfix is available from KB 37131: Error: "No internet connection found".
IMPORTANT! If you are running 5.4.6, you will need to update to 5.4.7 to use this Hotfix.
