I cannot link client accounting to my clients live files "no internet connection found"

what is the fix?

Have a look at this

 

Internet connection issues: To check for internet issues, try opening a webpage in your internet browser. If you can't access webpages, check your network cables, try unplugging your modem and router and wait a minute before reconnecting them, or contact your internet service provider. If your business operates its internet access through a proxy server, speak to an IT person to ensure this is setup properly. Also see our support note Accessing AccountRight Live Services via a proxy server.

Hi @Murray_Schluter,

 

Thank you for your post. 

 

The error "No internet connection found" has been identified as an issue and our Product Development team have issued a Hotifx to resolve this.


The Hotfix is available from KB 37131: Error: "No internet connection found".

IMPORTANT!  If you are running 5.4.6, you will need to update to 5.4.7 to use this Hotfix.
