Our EFT report is not working and not generating a report , can you assist
not showing current eft payments from ATO, last one is dated teh 15th October when run.

We have seen cases where the software has been given blank EFT reports from the ATO and the client will usually be referred to the ATO.
On the hand, because you mentioned that the last date received was in October, you will need to schedule your EFT reports again. To do this, click on Request/schedule report in the Agent Reports homepage.
Just a heads up, NEVER reschedule EFT reports as it can cause the link to the ATO to break and you will need to contact the ATO to get it set up again.
