When exporting reports to save to computer as pdf the program freezes and shuts down. We have to first change the chosen printer to cutePDF and then we select print instead of export which then allows a pdf version to be saved into the clients file.
This has only occured since changing to a network system from stand alone. Is there any reason for this and can this be fixed/avoided as it can be annoying to change the "defualt printer" every time to just save a copy of the report in the clients file.

Since this issue has occurred when you moved from a Standalone to a Network environment, it appears that the migration may have not worked.
