Front desk invoicing

Hi 

hoping for some suggestions.  My business currently operates though MYOB AO.  However we are finding that quickly bringing up invoices at the front desk, for those  walk in/walk out clients is somewhat time consuming.  As in order to generate an invoice a timesheet must be created, then saved, and ran though the WIP than saved to drafts, posted than printed.

We are just after a very simplistic fast way to generate an invoice , but will intergrate with our existing software AO and use our existing database..Is there such a thing ?

Thank you for your post.

 

I understand that you have recently spoken to our Support Team.  Based on your phone call, it was suggested to create a Tax Invoice (receipt) for the purpose of quickly generating documentation for those walk in/out clients.
