I`m using Accountants Office 2014.0 (v 5.4.5. 129 plus) now
But I frequently show the network error message. I sent email and received a soultion which is to change value of autodisconnect, but it didn`t wok.
What am I supposed to do?

The information provided by the Client Services support team is correct. This issue is machine specific - which might explain why you are still experiencing the issue.
The settings provided by the Support team in KB 34802 : Error: "Unexpected network error" or "Network Name Deleted" during extended inactivity refer to a Microsoft Knowledgebase article, with information on the changes needed. These settings will need to be applied on each workstation where you have encountered this error.
You will need to restart the computer after making this change - as Windows only reads these settings at System Startup.
