Import MYOB Essentials DAta into MYOB AE

I am trying to export a mye file from a MYOB Essentials file to MYOB AE Ledger using the 'Manage client file imports' wizard. I have done all the account mapping. When I click on finish and then answer yes to 'Do you want to post all the file data to the ledger?' it then starts processing but stops and I get the following message:

'An error occurred while posting the journal transactions. Try to import the file again.'

I have tried several times but it will not work. What could the error be and how do I investigate further to try and find out how to make the import work?

Note that I have already checked the MYOB Essentials file and there are no unallocated bank transactions for the period being exported.
