Importing from Essentials to AE Error

Hi, I'm importing from Essentials into Client Accounting and am getting the following error:

"an error occurred while posting the journal transactions. try to import the file again"

Does anyone know how to fix this?

For anyone getting this error, after a call with MYOB they went and converted the .mye file to .txt and removed any transactions that had spilled over into two lines. This fixed the import issue for me so hopefully it can help others
