Lodgement queries - Urgent

Hi,

 

I have 6 returns that I lodged last week that are still showing up as transmitting. I have check the ATO portal and the clients are still showing as having outstanding returns. Is there a backlog or delay in transmitting? I would have thought that over a week to clear would be sufficient. I am therefore reluctant to lodge anything further.

I have an FBT return due today for a client, but I don't what it to get stuck in the backlog.

If the returns are not showing as lodged with ATO and stuck in Transmitting, can follow the KB to check few things:
