MYOB AE Homepages Freezing

Hi

 

We have been having an issue with some of our homepages freezing when we click on them.

 

The homepages that generally freeze are the "Documents Awaiting Approval" and "Outstanding Documents pages".

 

It can take up to 15 minutes for these homepages to load and in that time the whole of MYOB AE is frozen and cannot be used.  We generally have to close the program using CTRL+ALT+DEL.

 

Is there a fix for this?

Hi NicoleCollins,

 

These homepages can sometimes cause this when there is an issue on the SQL server.

 

Often a reboot of the SQL Server will fix the issue.

 

However, if the issue is still occurring after a reboot of the SQL Server please contact support on 1300 555 666 option 2 2 2 5 to investigate further.
