MYOB AO Ledger Cashbook Issue

Hi all,

 

I've been using the MYOB AO Free Ledger (Cashbook) to comple some bank reconciliations and over the past two days whever I manually try to enter a bank statement I keep on receiving the

 

"Oh Snap! Something went wrong. Please try again"

 

Imporitng QIF files seems to work though the manual entries do not

 

Is there currently an issue with the software or has is it currently been down?

Hi Arthur, There were no reported outages for the cashbooks platform at the time of this occurrence. 

 

Hoping symptoms were not persisting here. What we usually suggest are two things:

 

1) ensure your web browser default is set to Google chrome (integrates friendlier with MYOB software rather then e.g internet explorer)

 

2) ensure your cookies & cache have been deleted via the History option in the Google chrome browser
