MYOB AO Tax 2014 cannot upload backup copy

I am moving to to a new laptop

I have done the AO Classic Ok

For the MYOB AO tax I have downloaded the lattest version

I printed off KB 34955 . I got as far as page3,  section 4 Restore MYOB AO backup

I can unzip the file that I downloaded from the original machine but it will not run

I get an error saying that it is not a backup file

I have recopied the original copy 3 times still will not reopen the copy

Thank you for your post - we hope that you find the MYOB Community Forum a valuable resource.

At Step 4: Restore MYOB A Backup of KB 34955: How do I migrate MYOB AO 2013.0 or greater (MYOB AO) & AO Classic to a new computer or ser...it does not require that you unzip the backup file in order to restore successfully.

Please follow steps 1 to 4 within this section which will direct you to use the Restore a backup functionality in MYOB AO.
