I have been having problem updating my MYOB AO to the current one.
In the process, tried changing the password and still couldn't access with the new password.
I noticed that after I changed the password, my password for MYOB AR automatically changed to that new one.
Please advise how this can be separated as AO is different from AR.

The Password for MYOBAO and my.myob logins will be the same and changing the password for one of them will change for the other.
The reason you are not able to use the new password to login to AO is that it's not synced to your SQL database(Which could be due to slow internet) and you may experience some issues until the password is updated in the SQL.
Please try rebooting the server which may help resolve the issue.
