Since we started using Myob logins to access AE, it takes over 1.5 minutes to log in to AE. With 13 staff, this adds up to 1.5 hours per week of unproductive time. Is anyone else having this problem?

Thank you for your post.
Yesterday morning we discovered that a number of clients were experiencing issues with MYOB Logins. This issue was resolved yesterday afternoon with a release of a Hotfix from our Product Development team. Clients running both 5.4.6 and 5.4.7 may have experienced this issue.
The Hotfix is available from KB 37131: Error: "No internet connection found".
IMPORTANT! If you are running 5.4.6, you will need to update to 5.4.7 to use this Hotfix.
Apply the Hotfix and if you continue to experience this issue, then it may be something in your environment causing this issue.
