Pre-Filling Error

Error Code: -

Summary: Error pre-filling the tax return.

Detail: Unknown error running the EPC to prefill return XXXXX for year 2021 into tax.

 

 

how do we fix this error?

Hi @HPCo,

 

Please try restarting the MYOB Tax SBR Sender Service or log in to the service as an Admin.
