Reports AO

I am using AO,  when running a report for a client, the non-tranaction data ie signed dates will not update.

I have this issue with a few clients.

No Matter what I try the date will not change to what I want. ie stuck on 13.12.2016.

It seems to be just a date issue as I could add a beneficiary.

 

I override the error when I export to word and correct the date, but I shouldnt have to.

I also dont understand why only for some clients.

Thank you for your enquiry. Is the date in DD/MM/YYYY format? This could be due to the date formatting.

Hi Rohit

 

In Non-transaction data, where you can change the date, which is in format ddmmyyy, the date will not change.

Compilation report, Declaration, Authorisation data, minutes of meeting

 

I can change it to the date I want ie 01/06/2021, run the report and in the report the the date is the orginially date, 2016.

{I have tried change the date by overwriting what is there and using the calendar}

Thank you for your reply. What version of AO do you have please? Is it 5.4.35 or 5.4.36.144 or 5.4.37.96?
