Support Requests

Can any one tell me how to view all our support requests?  

 

Once making a support request you receive an email for that current request - but how can I view all our past requests?

my.MYOB used to show customers their service requests but with the change in some of the internal systems, that is no longer possible.

 

MYOB is currently looking at implementing that service again.

 

In the meantime, you can request the service requests history by contacting Support, they should be able to generate and email the Report to you.

I've mentioned how terrible the 'new' system is to MYOB staff a few times.

 

  • No easily viewable history wastes both customer and MYOB supports time
  • Unable to view other staff members ticket history should another user have the same issue
  • Support ticket emails have meaningless subjects making the email search function tedious
  • There is less communication(in writing) on the resolution if issue occurs again, meaning more tickets
  • Less communication on ticket status, I've waited for more information only to find out it's been closed. (I've replied to emails where they asked a question only to find it's been marked as completed)
  • The form doesnt prefill basic information MYOB already knows(name, ID, PH#).  Firefox doesnt appear to autocomplete the form either.
  • Knowledgebase has issues logging in from my.myob on Chrome and Edge which requires ALL cookies/cache be cleared regularly to work.  Firefox works though.

The new service will be in line with the above

 

There is no timeline yet but hope to go live by the end of this year.
