Client reports are not showing. AO classic ledger was migrated for the 2018 Financial Statements and the 2018 Financial Statements were prepared using the statutory reports.
For the 2019 year a new year was created and the workpapers rolled but there is no access to the reports.
Message showing is "You have not confirmed the upgrade of this client" Click here to run upgrade wizard

An unexpected error has occurred. Please check the log file for details.
Reason:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
We have had repeated call to MYOB support - issue not resolved.
Please can anyone shed some light on this. It is incredibly frustrating.

Hi Janeharkz,
Sorry that the forum has not replied to this post earlier.
This issue is usually due to changes made in the Account group mapping causing corruptions to the reports.
To resolve this issue, can you raise a support request or call Support to raise a request as further information is required.
Feel free to mention my name, which is Mark, to the Support representative if further clarification is required.
