Adding Folders to AO "Documents"

Under the Documents Tab in AO in clients file..... can I add in prep for next year for eg.  2020 folder in bulk for all our clients instead of going through everyone individually.

Hi @Leeann69 

 

MYOB AO references the windows folders created for your clients.  It is not possible via MYOB AO to auto create subfolders but it may be possible via Windows.

 

I would suggest speaking with your IT about bulk creating folders in windows.
