Billing Suggestion

Hello

I have a product suggestion that has come about during our monthly billing (we generally bill on the last day of the month).  We have decided to do an interim run of billing and have found that the way our clients have all been established using 'payment day' '20' works well for our standard monthly billing but not for mid-month billing effectively giving the due date only 5 days after the bill date being the 15th.  It would be great for situations like these to have a date drop down much like the bill date drop down with the due date being able to be selected at the time of the invoice creation just as I do for selecting the invoice date.  That would easily enable us to create an invoice with correct due date for billing that differs from standard procedures that they system is set up for.  Just a thought!

Re: Billing Suggestion

Hi @JCTL

Thanks for your post!

I have organised for Jenny (Practice Management specialist) to give you a call and run through the billing scenarios with you.

If the Due Date is set to the 20th, then the Due Date should show as the 20th of the next month (rather than a due date 5 days from now).

cheers,

Matt
