Hi @WCCA
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum - we hope you find it a wealth of information.
Because of the way AO GL handles account codes and departments, it would not be an easy task to configure AO GL to use the same account codes as you do in Connected Ledger.
However, you can change the Account Codes used in Connected ledger - inside the ledger, click the gear icon (settings) and modify the chart of accounts there.

Thanks Matt for your reply.
(1)Just wonder if I try to export data from Connected Ledger into AO Classic ledger, which export file type I should use? There are three options of file type : (i) Mye (ii) CeeData (iii) MyobAO
Shall I use file type Mye or MyobAO?
(2) Can we create sub-code in Connected ledger for account codes like what we can do for AO Classic ledger? For instance, A/C code #248 (as heading), #248/01, #248/02...........#248/99 etc. as sub-code.
(3) Can we export list of account from AO Classic to connected ledger? If yes how to do it correctly and sucessfully?
Please advise. Much appreciated.
Thanks for your kind attention and assistance
