Conversion from MYOB classic AO

Good morning - I use a Mac 

I have been sent files by Alan accountant who use MYOB AO software on PC

Hence I can not open the files he has sent

Does MYOB run a service that can open these files and format them for Mac Account Edge Pro

The accountants run MYOB Classic AO and can not open this file

Any suggestions

Sorry about the delayed response. 

I'm wondering what is the format of the file your accountant sent you? The only file format that AccountEdge Pro can open is .myo files, or .zip backup files that contains the .myo data file. 

If the file format involved is .MYE, these are actually files you can generate from your accounting software, which can be used in Accountant's Office. It does not work the other way around.
