When we migrated our data over from old AO some of the client cards created duplicates.
I have tried to close one but it closes both.
Is there a way to combine the cards or get one to not view as they seem to be the same card?

You are probably experiencing duplicate clients because you have an Aliases attached the client.
To resolve this issue, open the client record and navigate to the Main tab. The Aliases field is located at the bottom of the content page.
If an Aliases exists, highlight the line and press Delete on your keyboard (refer to a sample screen shot below).
The Aliases function gives you the ability to search for a client using an Aliases name, such as a Trading Name, or a Known As name that is different the client name.
Also, before closing the client take note of the client code used, as you will notice the Aliases entered will also display the same client code on the Find Clients screen (refer to a sample screen shot below).
