Hi Suja

 

The IRD data has downloaded (theres a lot!) to our system now.

 

But: there are instances where it says there is a transaction to reconcile, however when I click into the IRD number it shows the account is reconciled.

 

Is this a known error?

IRD Message: Client not linked

We have been experiencing issues with our data feed from Inland Revenue.  When I do a client IRD data refresh I then get a message to say client not linked and tax management shows that the accounts are now on hold at IRD.  This has happened every time a data refresh has been done for an individual client.

I have filed a 2018Tax Return through E file and showing as accepted assessment and yet when I logged onto IRD website and checked the return status it was showing as on time processed in the summary and then in the periods as overdue.

I am at the point where I don't trust the data in Tax Manager and and more so not trusting information on IRD website.  

 

Am I the only one experiencing these issues.

Thanks for your post!

 

If you do an individual client refresh, this can cause this alert to occur, and no data will get pulled through via the individual client refresh.

 

You can safely ignore the alert, because the data will come through with daily scheduled bulk refresh (or manual bulk refresh).

 

We're working to resolve this in an upcoming release.
