Invoice appears different for new clients

Hello

 

I notice this month that all invoices I generate from MYOB AO for any recent clients are being generated differently without our address and have a different due date.  Old clients' invoices print fine.  Does anyone know what might be happening here?

Thank you for you post.

 

In order to identify that exact issue that is causing this, it is recommended that you call and speak to our Practice Manager Support Team on 1300 555 666 FKC 1 & 4.  This way, they can work through various checks and get this issue sorted with you ASAP.
