Our IT technician and I are trying to access the Server installed MYOB AO 2018.3 as a remote desktop user.
Sign in is fine, however when accessing client tax return, Error pops up noting in the top border "System Release 8.1a (x64)" with actual error message showing Error 87 "deleting memory profile value".
Returns will open, however the pop ups are concerning.
We thought it may have to do with access permissions, however these have been granted and issue reoccurs.
Access to software on standard desktops has no issue.
Does anyone have any ideas why this may be occurring and what we can change to rectify error?

My apologies for the delay in response. I was unable to locate your account, so I am unsure if the issue was resolved (although I hope you gave our Support Team a call for assistance). As an Australian user, the latest version we have for AO is 2018.1, are you possibly installing the New Zealand software?
