Our internet went down whilst I was in the middle of a journal in Client Accounting.
When it connected again I got a message saying that there was a problem connecting to the client's ledger. I clicked on the refresh and got the below message:
" Fail to call RefreshForm of Trial Balance plugIn. Reasons: Gateway Timeout"
I exited AO and logged back in to Client Accounting then I tried to access the Trial Balance for that client and its now saying that it’s locked by me. How do I unlock the client ledger?

Try exiting the software for at least 5 minutes, this should then automatically clear the lock.
If the issue persists we can clear the lock from the database, in which we will require server access.
If this is the case please call support on 1300 555 666 (AU) or 0800 94 96 98 (NZ) and quote KB 36163.
